Michael Bealmear

Bealmear brings more than 20 years of database and business intelligence experience to his position and more than 30 years in the IT arena. Most recently, Bealmear was executive vice president of Sybase (NYSE: SY), where he served as president of Worldwide Field Operations. Prior to rejoining Sybase in 2002, Bealmear was chief executive officer for Covansys (NASDAQ: CVNS), Inc., a global technology services company specializing in system integration and outsourcing for industry-specific solutions. Before his tenure at Covansys, Bealmear was chief executive officer of Spear Technologies and executive vice president of Cadence Design Systems. Additionally, Bealmear worked at Sybase from 1994 to 1997 as the senior vice president of worldwide services. Prior to joining Sybase, he held senior management positions as a partner at Coopers & Lybrand and KPMG Peat Marwick in New York.

 


Moshe Mor

Chairman of the Board Mor is a general partner at Greylock, one of the Silicon Valley's leading venture firms. He joined Greylock in late 2000 after eight years at SPL WorldGroup, a leading international provider of enterprise software and services. Mor was a member of SPL's founding team, and from 1995 led it as its CEO through rapid expansion to reach 1,000 employees and $150 million in revenues worldwide. Prior to SPL WorldGroup, Mor held management positions in software companies in diverse stages, from start-ups to large established players. He also served six years in the Israeli Army as a Captain in the Military Intelligence branch. Mor holds a BS degree in Economics from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar. Moshe leads Greylock's investment activities in Israel and Europe in concert with other Greylock partners in both the Bay Area and the Boston offices. He is currently a member on the boards of HyperRoll, Cash-U and Siliquent Technologies.

 


John Dillon

John Dillon is a Director since September 2003. John Dillon joined Navis as Chief Executive Officer in April 2002. Prior to Navis, Dillon was the CEO for salesforce.com, the leading supplier of online CRM. Previously, Dillon was CEO for Arbor Software and Hyperion Solutions, both leading vendors of enterprise software for business reporting, analysis and planning. Dillon's professional history also includes management positions in sales and engineering for Oracle Corporation and EDS. Dillon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis and a Master's of Business Administration from Golden Gate University. He served on active duty in the United States Navy as an officer in the nuclear submarine service and retired as a commander.

 


 Benny Hanigal

Hanigal is a partner at Sequoia Capital Israel. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 2001, he was a Partner in Star Seed, a German - Israeli Venture Fund where he led the investment activities in Israel and abroad. Before establishing Star Seed in 1998, Hanigal founded Lannet in 1985 and served as its president and CEO until it merged with Madge Networks in 1995. He continued to serve as a senior VP for product development and marketing. In 1993, Hanigal co-founded BreezeCOM (BRZE) and served as its chairman until 1999. Hanigal received his EE degree from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology - in 1971.

 


Eyal Zagagi

 

Eyal Zagagi serves as the President and CEO of Surf Communication Solutions since early 2003. Surf is a pioneer and market leader in professional, Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) media processing enabling technologies for telecom infrastructure. Prior to joining Surf, Eyal was the sole Managing Director of Microdent Ventures, a privately held venture capital firm that has invested capital in 35 active companies. Prior to joining Microdent, Eyal Zagagi served for three years as the president & CEO and director of Virtue3D, a leading developer of software solutions for the delivery and rendering of 3D content. Prior to joining Virtue3D, Eyal Zagagi spent 10 years in various marketing and operations managerial positions with the Elbit Group, one of Israel's electronics giants in the fields of defense electronics, commercial systems and communications. His most recent position with that group was that of Chief Operating Officer of HyNEX Ltd., a subsidiary of Elbit, later acquired by Cisco. Zagagi holds an MBA from the University of Dallas and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Eyal Zagagi is a Lt. Colonel (Res.) in the IDF since 1987
