Michael Bealmear - President & CEO

Michael Bealmear brings more than 20 years of database and business intelligence experience to this position and more than 30 years in the IT arena. Most recently he was executive vice president of Sybase (NYSE: SY), where he served as President of Worldwide Field Operations. Prior to rejoining Sybase in 2002, Bealmear was chief executive officer for Covansys (NASDAQ: CVNS), Inc., a global technology services company specializing in system integration and outsourcing for industry-specific solutions. Before his tenure at Covansys, Bealmear was chief executive officer of Spear Technologies and executive vice president of Cadence Design Systems. Additionally, Bealmear worked at Sybase from 1994 to 1997 as the senior vice president of worldwide services. Prior to joining Sybase he held senior management positions as a partner at Coopers & Lybrand and KPMG Peat Marwick, both in New York. He also serves as a director on the board of Mitek Systems (NASDAQ: MITK) and several charitable or not-for-profit organizations.

Guy Shaked - Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Guy Shaked, a co-founder of HyperRoll and lead inventor of HyperRoll's technology, currently directs the company's research and development team. Shaked previously served as research and development director for Terra Inc., a company dedicated to developing parallel computers for the analysis of massive databases for the biotechnology sector. Shaked holds a bachelor of science degree in Electrical Engineering from Ben Gurion University.

Gabby Rubin - Co-Founder and Vice President of Product Strategy

Gabby Rubin runs HyperRoll's technical services and customer support teams. Rubin, one of HyperRoll's original founders, brings to the company an extensive background in the database and data warehousing industry. Before founding HyperRoll, Rubin founded SoftCubes Ltd., a system integrator that specializes in products and services for the OLAP and data warehousing markets. Rubin is a graduate of the IDF Computer Science Academy in Israel and served in the Computer Division of the Israel Air Force.

Limor Wilks- Vice President of Finance

Limor Wilks brings over 12 years of financial and accounting experience from both private and public technology companies to HyperRoll. Most recently, Limor served in a senior finance role at WeFi, Inc. Prior to that, Limor served as corporate controller for Rackable Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: RACK), HyperRoll, Inc. and Vyyo, Inc. (NASDAQ: VYYO). Previously, she was with Ernst & Young where she worked with a range of technology clients. Ms. Wilks holds a bachelor of arts in Economics from the Hebrew University, a MS in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Lior Kogot - Vice President of Services

Lior Kogot brings more than 20 years of customer service experience to this position. Most recently, Lior served at HyperRoll as Director of Customer Service. Before joining HyperRoll, Lior managed various support groups within Oracle Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Prior his role at Oracle Corp, Lior held multiple technical and management positions at John Bryce LTD. Lior has served with the Israeli Navy Computer Division.

Dr. Yossi Matias - Strategic Advisor

As a leading innovator in information and data management technologies, Dr. Matias brings to HyperRoll a unique combination of scientific and technology experience - in both academic and industrial research. He has authored numerous research papers and holds over 20 patents on diverse technologies relating to data and information management, systems, and algorithms. As an associate professor at Tel Aviv University's School of Computer Science, Dr. Matias' research involves algorithms for data streams and data synopses for massive data sets, parallel computation, data compression, and Internet technologies. Before his tenure at Tel Aviv University, Dr. Matias spent five years at Bell Laboratories as a research scientist. He was a founder of the AQUA project, for fast approximate query answering in massive database systems, and the LPWA project (Lucent Personalized Web Assistant), for privacy enabling technologies; healso advised NCR's Teradata regarding performance issues in their massive database. He received his Ph.D., with distinction, in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University. He earned his Master of Science degree from the Weizmann Institute and his Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from Tel Aviv University. He is a recipient of the 2005 ACM Godel prize for computer science.
